Technical parameters

I. Biomass briquette fuel boiler

A boiler that heats the working medium by burning biomass briquette fuel.
Biomass briquette fuel is made from woody and herbaceous plants (such as straw, rice bran, sawdust, bark, peanut shell, hemp stalk, etc.) and their wastes as raw materials. Through mechanical methods (such as cutting and crushing) and densification molding technology, it is processed into molded fuel with a certain shape and size, high bulk density, which is conducive to transportation and combustion. It can replace coal, fuel oil and natural gas to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. Compared with fuel oil or gas boilers, it greatly reduces production costs.
Biomass fuel is a renewable and clean fuel. Developing biomass energy to replace traditional energies such as petroleum and coal, reducing fossil fuel consumption and reducing CO₂emissions can not only protect the environment but also promote the sustainable development of agriculture and forestry, with good ecological and social benefits.

II. Biomass fuel components

(1) Agricultural biomass briquette fuel
Crop straws such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, bean stalks, sorghum stalks and cotton stalks produced in the agricultural production process.

(2) Agricultural product processing industry residues
Residues such as rice husks, corn cobs, and peanut shells produced in the agricultural product processing process. Agricultural mixtures, mixtures of various agricultural biomasses.

(3) Forestry biomass fuel
Logging and lumbering residues, wood processing residues, forest tree pruning. Forestry mixtures.

(4) Mixed biomass fuel
Mixtures of agricultural and forestry biomasses.

III. Characteristics of biomass fuel

1. Biomass briquette fuel is easy to ignite, has good fuel performance, high calorific value, and is pollution-free. After combustion, it can meet the requirements of GB13271 "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers".
2. Biomass briquette fuel has the advantages of large specific gravity (1000 - 1270 kg/m3), high calorific value (3800 - 4500 Kcal/kg), volatile matter ≥ 65.6%, and combustion rate of more than 90%. It has the advantages of low cost, convenient use, cleanliness and hygiene, and is easy to store and transport.
3. Biomass briquette fuel is a renewable and clean fuel and is a typical circular economy project.
4. Low-carbon energy with zero CO2 emissions. Biomass fuel is mainly composed of volatile matter, and its fixed carbon content is only about 15%. It is a typical low-carbon fuel. The CO2 emitted by combustion is absorbed by plants during the growth process for photosynthesis, realizing zero CO2 emissions.
5. Low nitrogen and sulfur content can reduce the emissions of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and NOx oxides. The sulfur content of biomass is only 0.06%, which is lower than that of light diesel oil. It can be directly emitted without the need to install a desulfurization device.

V. Structural characteristics

1. Horizontal single-drum fire tube boiler. The boiler is composed of the upper body and the lower grate.
2. The boiler body is longitudinally arranged with a single drum. The drum and the water-cooled wall tubes on both sides form the furnace radiant heating surface, and the tube bundles on both sides form the convective heating surface.
3. The threaded smoke tubes in the drum form the fire tube convective heating surface. The tube sheet adopts a low-stress arch-shaped tube sheet without bracing. There are two types: fixed grate and chain grate.
4. The chain grate is supplied with air by compartments. The air volume of each air compartment is independently adjusted. The grate has stepless speed regulation.
5. For boilers with DZL4/DZL2.8 or less, they are delivered after the grate is built. For DZL6/DZL4.2 and above, the grate needs to be built on site (refractory materials are sent to the site together with the equipment. The boiler quotation does not include the cost of manual grate building.). The boiler body is delivered after unified furnace building and insulation.

VI. Performance advantages

1. The boiler is in assembled (quick-assembled) form, with a compact structure, small floor area, short installation period, low installation cost, and saving on infrastructure investment.
2. The designed flue gas temperature at the tube sheet is low. The smoke tube has a single return pass. The tube sheet is heated evenly, and the low stress of the tube sheet makes the boiler safe and reliable in operation and has a long service life.
3. The heating surface is fully and reasonably arranged. The boiler heats up and pressurizes quickly, has sufficient output, and high thermal efficiency.
4. The grate is supplied with air by compartments. The air volume of each air chamber is independently adjusted to make the fuel burn evenly and fully, and the fuel has wide applicability.
5.It has a high degree of automation, complete automatic control and detection instruments, is safe and reliable, and easy to operate.

Note: Dissolved oxygen content: When the rated evaporation capacity of the boiler is ≥6t/h, it should be deoxygenated; when the rated evaporation capacity is < 6t/h, if local corrosion is found in the boiler, deoxygenation measures should be taken. The oxygen content of the boiler feed water for the steam turbine should be ≤0.05mg/L
