CHNQ closed condensate water recovery device is a new type of closed condensate water recovery device developed by our company after many years of practical experience. The system is designed according to the basic principles of fluid dynamics, gas-liquid two-phase flow, mass and heat transfer, and is a high-tech product of mechatronics. Completely eliminate the conditions of cavitation and steam plug production of high temperature condensate pump, and effectively prevent pressure and secondary flash steam from bubbling out, achieve closed recovery of condensate water and secondary steam, prevent secondary oxygen dissolution of condensate water, energy saving and water saving, environmental protection effect is obvious. It has the characteristics of low noise, easy operation, reliable operation and high degree of automation. Ⅱ, the working principle

According to the characteristics of two-phase flow of steam and water, condensed water enters the recovery device. Then the continuous adjustment of the automatic decontamination device and the pressure regulating system makes the soda water in a relatively stable state, creating the necessary conditions for the recovery of high temperature condensate water. The flow state of the high temperature water at the pump inlet is adjusted by the pressure regulating system and cavitation elimination device, so that the high temperature condensate water at the pump inlet is always in a single-phase micro supercooling state, thus eliminating the inducement of cavitation in the pump. It has complete start, stop, level control, automatic manual switching and alarm functions. According to the actual requirements of production, the liquid level automatic control system is used to rationally allocate the high-temperature condensate water in the condensate water recovery unit, so that the production process equipment and the condensate water system can run safely and smoothly.

The device is composed of condensing water tank, condensate pump, decontamination device, cavitation elimination device, liquid level controller and control cabinet, etc.
