Automatic water softener

Product description

CHR series automatic water softener is to automatically control every step of the softener operation and regeneration, and use time, flow or other sensors to start regeneration. The basic composition of automatic water softener is: FLECK or Runxin multi-way control valve, resin tank (including 001*7 resin), salt box and pipeline system.

Installation requirements: The foundation should be level, and the water pipe should be set near the installation site.

1, the equipment according to GB/T18300-2008 "Automatic control sodium ion exchanger technology regulator" manufacturing acceptance;

2, effluent water quality according to GB1576-2001 "Industrial boiler Water quality" acceptance;

3, the equipment inlet pressure: > 0.2MPa≤0.50MPa, influent turbidity is not greater than 3NUT, raw water hardness ≤8mmol/L, residual hard water ≤0.03mmol/L;

4, the inlet and outlet water pipe valve and support of the equipment are handled by the user;

5, do not need a separate equipment foundation, generally smooth cement floor can;

6. UPVC pipe fittings are recommended to connect the inlet and outlet water pipe valves.

RO Reverse osmosis device

Product description

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a pressure-driven technology that separates the solute and the capacitant in the solution through a selective membrane, which can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, bacteria and organic matter from the water. Is a widely used pure water production process, with a high degree of automation, low energy consumption, no pollution, small footprint, water quality and stability (water quality to adapt to a large range) and strong organization and other advantages, widely used in electronics, pharmaceutical medicine, food and beverage, chemical industry, drinking pure water, boiler supply water, seawater desalination, material recycling and environmental protection industries. The combination of the CHRO system reverse osmosis device and ion exchange equipment (double bed and mixed bed) can produce better quality pure water, and the terminal outlet water conductivity can reach 0.05µs/cm(25℃).

First, the working principle

A selective membrane that allows one or more components of a solution to pass through while others do not is called a semi-permeable membrane. When the pure solvent and the solution (or the solution of different concentrations) are separated by a semi-permeable membrane, the pure solvent has a spontaneous flow through the membrane to the solution phase (or from a low concentration solution to a high concentration solution), this phenomenon is called osmosis. If an external pressure is applied to one side (or to the concentrated solution side) to impede the flow of the solvent, the rate of penetration will decrease when the pressure is applied to stop the penetration completely. The tendency of penetration is balanced by the applied pressure. This equilibrium pressure is called osmotic pressure. Osmotic pressure is a property of the solution, independent of the membrane. If the pressure on the solution side is further increased, the solvent reverse osmosis flow is caused, this phenomenon is conventionally called "reverse (reverse) osmosis". In short, Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a pressure-driven technology that separates the solute from the capacitor in a solution by selectively passing through a membrane.

4, the perfect pre-treatment system is equipped with a precision filter to protect the high pressure pump and RO film from external damage.

5, the production of water and concentrated water set flowmeters to monitor and adjust the operation of the water production and system recovery, in the end of the water set up online conductance or resistance meter continuous monitoring of product water quality.

6, automatic regular cleaning system regularly clean the RO film, slow down the speed of film pollution and extend the service life of the film, in the water inlet and drainage measurement set pressure gauge to continuously monitor the pressure difference of each section, indicating the appropriate need for forced cleaning.

Five,Ordering precautions

1. This product description is only a routine introduction to the reverse osmosis device. When selecting the equipment, the technical personnel can choose the technically and economically good treatment process plan after comprehensive comparison according to the raw water quality and terminal effluent water quality requirements of the specific project and the layout of the site.
