Ⅱ, structural characteristics
1. Horizontal double-barrel water tube boiler, the boiler is composed of the upper part of the body and the lower part of the grate.
2. The boiler body is arranged longitudinally above and below the double boiler drum, the boiler drum and the water wall tubes on both sides form the radiant heating surface of the furnace, and the tube bundle between the upper and lower boiler drum forms the convection heating surface.
3. The chain grate divides the air into the bin, the air volume of each air bin is adjusted independently, and the grate is stepless speed regulation.
4. After the completion of the grate building furnace below SZL4/SZL2.8, the grate building of SZL6/SZL4.2 and above needs to be built on site (refractory materials and equipment are sent to the site, and the boiler quotation does not include the furnace building cost.)
5.SZL20/SZL14 boiler heating surface is independently made, welding work is completed in the factory, welding quality is reliable, high assembly degree, short installation period.

Note: Dissolved oxygen content: When the rated evaporation capacity of the boiler is ≥6t/h, it should be deoxygenated; when the rated evaporation capacity is < 6t/h, if local corrosion is found in the boiler, deoxygenation measures should be taken. The oxygen content of the boiler feed water for the steam turbine should be ≤0.05mg/L

1、The feed pump is selected according to the steam pressure selected by the user.

1、The feed pump is selected according to the user's hot water temperature.
2、Fan according to the user selected flue gas treatment equipment to do the final parameter verification (increase the flue gas resistance after adding environmental protection equipment)
