Steam accumulator

It can double or several times increase the emergency peak of the instant steam supply capacity of the existing gas supply system, and also keep the pressure of the steam supply system within the specified range. It is not only the energy storage of the steam supply system in the amplifier, but also the pressure regulator of the steam supply system. It is widely used in petrochemical, chemical, papermaking, tobacco, wine, food, metallurgy, hospital and other industries. In particular, it has special adaptability to users with intermittent steam supply and users with excessive steam load fluctuation.

When the steam accumulator works, it is filled with less than 90% saturated hot water, and the steam space above the water surface is equipped with a flushing device. The steam accumulator is generally installed between the boiler and the gas equipment, the balance between the steam equipment, the balance of the steam equipment load is reduced, and the excess steam produced by the boiler is stored in the steam; When the load of the steam equipment increases beyond the steam supply of the boiler, the heat accumulator releases heat to supplement the insufficient steam supply of the boiler and meet the steam for the equipment.

The steam accumulator is a horizontal pressure vessel, which is composed of a heat accumulator shell, an internal supplement, a heat release device (composed of a steam distribution tube and a number of nozzles, each group of nozzles has a circulation cylinder and a group of nozzles), a fixed support and an active support, a water level gauge, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, a thermometer and other safety accessories and an external thermal insulation layer. The vessel is provided with a nozzle for steam inlet and outlet, water inlet, water discharge, sewage discharge and gas discharge.
