Ⅱ, structural characteristics
YLL/YGL series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation chain grate/fixed furnace boiler. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower grate/fixed furnace, which is combined on site.
The heating surface of the boiler body is made of close-row circular coil, which is composed of inner and outer two layers of close-row disc tube. The gap between coils is adapted to the fuel, reducing ash accumulation.
Boiler heating surface tube docking to fully automatic gas protection welding process and equipment, can be 100% real-time X-ray online detection. The welding quality is stable and reliable.
The boiler is fully assembled with compact structure, small footprint and short installation period.
