II. Structural characteristics
1. Horizontal double-drum water tube boiler. The boiler is composed of the upper body and the lower grate.
2. The boiler body is arranged longitudinally with double drums. The furnace radiant heating surface is composed of water-cooled walls. The tube bundles between the upper and lower drums form the convective heating surface.
3. The chain grate is supplied with air by compartments. The air volume of each air compartment is independently adjusted. The grate has stepless speed regulation.
4. The heating surface of the boiler is independently manufactured. The welding work is completed in the factory with reliable welding quality.
5. The boiler is delivered in bulk and assembled on site. It has a high degree of assembly and a short installation period.

(1) High efficiency and energy saving
1. The heating surface of the boiler is adequately arranged, so the boiler starts up quickly with temperature and pressure rising rapidly. The flue gas undergoes multi-pass heat exchange, resulting in high thermal efficiency.
2. High-efficiency economizers and air preheaters are arranged at the tail of the boiler to absorb heat, reduce exhaust gas temperature, improve thermal efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.

Note: Dissolved oxygen content: When the rated evaporation capacity of the boiler is ≥6t/h, it should be deoxygenated; when the rated evaporation capacity is < 6t/h, if local corrosion is found in the boiler, deoxygenation measures should be taken. The oxygen content of the boiler feed water for the steam turbine should be ≤0.05mg/L
Water quality standard for hot water boilers
1、The feed pump is selected according to the steam pressure selected by the user.
2. The induced draft fan and forced draft fan shall conduct final parameter verification after the user selects the flue gas treatment equipment (the flue gas resistance increases after adding environmental protection equipment).
3、In addition to the steam parameters in the above table, the boiler heating surface or steam superheater can be customized according to the user-specified parameters such as: 3.82Mp-5.4Mpa saturated steam, superheated steam, etc.
